Does Village Pointe Accept Pets?
Village Pointe accept strictly indoor cats. We require a $400 deposit for 1 cat and $600 for 2. There is a limit of 2 cats allowed per apartment. We are unable to accept dogs, reptiles or other pets. Thanks for understanding! |

Does Village Pointe accept Section 8 Vouchers?
Village Pointe does not participate in the Section 8 Program at this time. |

Does Village Pointe have occupancy limits in their apartments?
Yes we do.
Studio- 2 occupants;
One Bedroom- 3 occupants;
Two Bedroom- 5 occupants;
Three Bedroom- 7 occupants |
Do I have to sign a 12 month lease?
Village Pointe understands that all situations are unique. We tailor our leases to the needs of our residents. You may opt for a short term lease (3-5 months)with a $200 monthly premium; 6-9 months with a $100 premium; 10-12 month leases do not require a premium. |
What happens if I have to break my lease early?
Village Pointe understands that life can change unexpectedly. If you need to end your lease early we have two options available for you to consider. Simply ask one of our Leasing Professions for details. |
Can we have multiple co-signers for one apartment
You may choose to have more than one co-signer, however, each co-signer is fully responsible for the entire rental (each roommate can not have a separate co-signer that is responsible for their portion only) |
